17/11/20 | Sausage Casserole

  • 6 ‘Country’ sausages - David Shoebridge - browned in f/pan
  • 400g tin baked beans
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 350g potatoes, halved and sliced
  • 1 tbsp worcester sauce
  • 2 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1 l/s veg stock cube
  • 100ml boiling water for above
  • Low & slow for 8 hrs.
